Denise Roma Harrell, 57, passed away suddenly on March 28, 2015, in Houston, Texas. Denise was born on January 31, 1958 in Houston, Texas to David Campbell "Cam" Harrell and Dolores Ann Romero Harrell who preceded her in death. She spent her entire youth in Conroe and was a 1976 graduate of Conroe High School, and graduated in 1981 from Southwest Texas University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Administration. Denise was currently employed at the time of her death with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Medical Records, and previously was employed over the years...

Denise Roma Harrell, 57, passed away suddenly on March 28, 2015, in Houston, Texas. Denise was born on January 31, 1958 in Houston, Texas to David Campbell "Cam" Harrell and Dolores Ann Romero Harrell who preceded her in death. She spent her entire youth in Conroe and was a 1976 graduate of Conroe High School, and graduated in 1981 from Southwest Texas University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Administration. Denise was currently employed at the time of her death with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Medical Records, and previously was employed over the years with various clinics and hospitals in the Houston, Texas area including Plaza Del Ora Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, M D Anderson Hospital, and McGregor Clinic. Denise was loved dearly by her friends and family, and will be missed. She enjoyed spending time with her beloved Boston Terrier, Newt. Denise was very quick witted, and had a tremendous sense of humor. She was very loving and always was the first to lend a helping hand. Her faith was very important to her and she followed in her mother's footsteps as an active member with the Catholic community. Denise is survived by her sisters, Kay Ann Harrell Matthews (Tom), Marsha Olivia Harrell, and Linda Marie Harrell, all of Conroe, Texas. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces, Alex Martin Harrell, Todd Traylor (Tracy), Travis Traylor (Melanie), Brandy Matthews Voss (Mark), and Stacy Matthews May (Ben), and by her great niece, Lily Ann Harrell, and great nephews, Cameron Traylor, Hudson Traylor and Cooper May. Pursuant to Denise's request there will be no memorial service. Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303 on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A burial service will be held at Garden Park Cemetery located on Teas Road next to Cashner Funeral Home on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Donations may be made to American Heart Association, Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas, P.
